Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974 Aviano Italy), American actress. Amy Lou Adams is famous for her naive roles that are adorable and enjoyable. Adams was was raised in Castle Rock Colorado, as the youngest child of seven. Her father served in U.S. service in Italy. In the early 1990s, Adams began performing and dancing professionally at the Boulder Dinner Theatre as well as the Country Dinner Playhouse. In Minnesota she performed in a regional theatre where she played a role in Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) was a comedy documentary that focused on beauty magazines. Following her debut on screen as a charming but snarky contestant, she relocated towards Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. She was the wife of actor Tony Curtis from June 1951 until September 1962, and was she was the mom of Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was caught by actress Norma shearer who signed her a contract join MGM during the 1940s. She starred as Norma in various popular films throughout the years, such as Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho in 1960, and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film that was released in the year 1954.
