Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. My parents took me into America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. I would not be able to share my life story today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. In the hope of having a better life I was determined to try the best I could to please them. I was focused on my success. My plan of life was as follows: I'd study at university, land work in a corporate, marry and buy a home. This was my vision of what it would take to be successful. But life had other plans. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my time to earn a living but I knew that I was meant for more. It was in 2013 that I realized that my passion was working out. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to aid other people. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I started to find personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are few Asian females working in the field. To lead in my industry and to provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their targets. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. As I started my profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating blow to my life. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and is now in Heaven and is with me in my mind and my heart all the time. The lessons of life often go unnoticed yet they can prove very useful. My loss has impacted my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin a new chapter. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also I was given a second chance to live the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I am living now rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words so that you can be aware that you're not the only one, to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else you put your heart into. that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your best source of wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets because death is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
